Open registration
Set up registration with the options a season needs, like age divisions and jersey sizes. Parents pay by card, or your treasurer records cash or a check at no fee.

Run the team store
Sell hoodies, hats and warm-ups. Each player shares a private link, so sales to family and friends are credited to that player automatically.

Sell sponsor banners
Sell field and fence banners to local businesses. The UnitTally fee on a card payment is capped at $20, check payments carry none, and each sponsor gets an itemized confirmation.

Collect cash turn-ins
Players turn in cash and checks from their sales. Record each handoff and that player’s balance updates, so you know who has settled up.
At season’s end, registrations, store sales, sponsorships and cash sales all sit in one ledger with a full audit trail you can export as a CSV for the incoming board.

Can we collect uniform sizes during registration?
Yes. Add sizes like Youth Small or Adult Large as options. Name and number fields aren’t available yet.
How do we handle concession stand cash?
Your treasurer records cash and check sales as manual orders at no fee. Stock counts drop as they’re entered, in the same ledger as card sales.
Do you support registration payment plans?
Not yet. Checkout takes one payment per order. Some leagues sell a deposit and a balance as two items.
