Record the last cash and check donations, then export a CSV. When the board changes, the outgoing treasurer hands ownership to the new board without losing a single record.

How does UnitTally handle student privacy?
A student’s roster entry needs only a name. Email and phone are optional, and there is no birthday field. We never build public student rosters or directories, and student credit runs through private links.
How do we hand off the account when the board changes?
