Built by a volunteer treasurer.
UnitTally was founded by a parent volunteer who has served as treasurer for several organizations. After watching platforms keep $6 to $9 of every $30 wreath sale, we built one with a small fee that stops at a cap.
What we believe
Fundraising software should be a utility, not a partner in your revenue.
When a parent spends dozens of hours running a concession stand or delivering holiday wreaths, the software shouldn’t take a bigger cut of every sale. So we hold ourselves to three commitments.
Platform fee capped on every sale
A $1,000 banner sponsorship costs your club at most $20 in platform fees. Cash and checks cost nothing.
Roster-first tracking
Every student, scout and athlete gets their own link, so sales are credited automatically and nobody matches names across spreadsheets.
Child-safe by design
No public rosters, searchable child directories or public child profiles. Links stay private; for younger sellers, parents share them.
We never hold your money. Card sales land in your group’s own Stripe account and pay out to your bank on Stripe’s schedule.
