Set up the season’s products
Build spirit wear, equipment and sponsorship products with the options a season needs: hoodie sizes, colors and banner tiers. Invite your officers and volunteers.

Run the spirit wear drive
Each student or athlete shares a private link. When family and friends buy a hoodie or warm-up, the sale is credited to that seller automatically.

Sell sponsor banners
Sell stadium and field banners to local businesses. The UnitTally fee on a card payment stops at $20, checks carry no fee, and each sponsor gets an itemized confirmation.

Reconcile and hand off
Log cash and check drop-offs at no fee. Card and cash sit in one ledger, so athletic, band and drama books reconcile in one place instead of separate spreadsheets.
At season’s end, every campaign sits in one ledger with a full audit trail you can export as a CSV for the board.
What one banner sponsorship keeps.

Booster club questions.
Can we sell sponsorships and merchandise in the same cart?
Yes. A supporter can buy a $500 banner sponsorship and a $25 spirit wear hoodie in one checkout, which saves them time and saves your club an extra card fee.
Do we need our own Stripe account to accept cards?
Yes, to take cards. Payments go straight to your club’s own Stripe account, and Stripe’s sign-up asks for your EIN and a bank account in the club’s name. Cash and check sales need no Stripe account.
Does the fee cap apply to corporate donations?
Yes. The UnitTally fee on a card payment is capped at $20, whether a local company gives $1,000 or $5,000. Stripe’s processing is separate.
